Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable initial payment of 2.5% of the total package cost is required to secure the booking. 70% of the payment must be made on the day of on-spot delivery, and the final 5% must be paid upon final delivery of the album or video. Delayed payments may impact the delivery timeline.

Additional Event Charges:

• The package covers only the events specified in the initial agreement. Any additional events or ceremonies requested will incur separate charges. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Travel and Accommodation:

• All travel, accommodation, and related expenses for the photography and videography team are to be borne by the client. Arrangements for these must be made in advance to ensure timely arrival and setup.

Client-Selected Images for Album:

• The client is responsible for selecting and providing the images to be used for the album. Only the images submitted by the client will be included in the final album design. Changes or additions after submission may incur additional fees.

Sample Files:

• We will share sample files (selected preview shots) within 10 days after the event to provide an overview of the captured moments.

Album Review and Approval:

• Once the album is delivered, the client is expected to review the content promptly and provide confirmation. Any changes requested after confirmation may lead to additional charges.

Audio Selection:

• The audio selection for event videos will be made automatically based on industry standards and best practices unless the client provides a specific list of audio preferences in advance.

Event Coverage Duration:

• Our photography and videography team will cover the event for a maximum of 5 hours for receptions and weddings. If the event exceeds the allotted time, additional charges will apply at the pre-agreed hourly rate.

Photo Selection Period:

• The client must select their photos for album design within one month of the event date. Data (photos and videos) related to the event will be retained for a maximum of 90 days. After this period, we are not responsible for maintaining or providing the data.

Business Hours:

• Our operating hours are from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. We remain closed on Sundays. Any services required outside these business hours may need prior scheduling and may include additional charges.

Customized Design Changes:

• Once we receive confirmation and photo selection, our team will begin designing the album and videos. If any custom changes or additional edits are requested after the initial design is completed, extra charges will apply for both photo and video edits.

Raw Photo Collection:

• Clients wishing to obtain raw photos must collect them within 90 days of the event date. Beyond this period, we will not retain raw photo files.

Copyright and Usage Rights:

• The images and videos captured by our team remain the intellectual property of our business. We reserve the right to use the content for portfolio purposes, marketing, and social media promotion unless the client provides a written request for non-disclosure.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• The initial booking payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will be subject to additional cancellation fees. Any refund or compensation for partial cancellations will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure:

• We are not liable for any delays or failures in performing our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other unforeseeable events.

Client Responsibilities:

• It is the client’s responsibility to provide a detailed itinerary of the event, ensure that our team has access to the venue, and arrange any required permissions for photography and videography. Delays or obstructions caused by the client or third-party vendors may impact the quality of the service.

Final Deliverables:

• The final edited album and video will be delivered within the agreed timeline after receiving the client’s confirmation. Any delays caused by late approvals or additional requests may extend the delivery period.

Feedback and Revisions:

• Feedback on the delivered album or video should be provided within 7 days of receipt. Any revisions beyond the initial set of edits may incur additional fees.
